Did you know?

kofi — coffee

Coffea arabica

Coffee too is not a native to Tonga (as the Latin name already suggests), but a useful introduction with economical potential, which for now is surely under-utilised in Tonga. Most Pacific islands are too hot for it, but Tonga is just a little bit cooler to make it a ideal breeding ground.
